Congratulations on completing the quiz and identifying the best place to start. As a Strider you are most likely already walking regularly for short periods or perhaps intermittently for slightly longer periods. Perhaps you need some help with consistency, motivation or accountability.
At this stage you will be able to build upon what you already know. The best place for you to begin is with audio walks that are fairly short but at a moderate pace. You will continue to work on posture and will be ready to take on some different terrains such as country trails, longer grass, sand or mud. You will increase your level of effort by walking a little faster and tackling small inclines.
