Pulse Raisers Journey Map

So you're a Pulse Raiser! Where should you start?

Congratulations on completing the quiz and identifying the best place to start. As a Pulse Raiser you are most likely already a regular walker, possibly daily. You likely walk for longer periods of time or perhaps short periods but quickly. You like to get your heart rate up, get out of breath and 'feel' your walk but perhaps you need some encouragement to get the most out of each session.

At this stage you will increase your walking duration, use a variety of terrains, inclines, and intervals and equipment. The best place for you to begin is with audio walks that are either longer in duration or shorter but with intensity. You will continue to work on posture and will be ready to take on more intense sessions.
