Follow Along Audio Walks

Nordic Walkers, to help you stay active between Nordic walking sessions, I have walked a variety of routes around the local area and recorded follow along sessions in real time. During these walks I will guide you on the exact route to follow from start to finish, using verbal directions and land marks…just imagine, having me in your ear on every walk.   The audio is accompanied by a map and a transcript, should you need them. These local follow along walks take the uncertainty out of trying new routes and discovering new places.
