Whilst the concept of walking is simple, unfortunately, it isn't that simple for everyone. Some people experience pain in their feet, ankles, knees, hips or lower back that can be a painful barrier to walking. Some people are unsteady on their feet, which can cause anxiety or fear of falling. Some people may not experience pain or fear but just can’t walk as fast or as far as they’d like to for varying reasons.
